How much does shipping cost?
We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required. We also offer worldwide shipping.
While we offer free shipping in the USA, international shipping rates may be different for other regions and they will be calculated at checkout.
- Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees required by their local customs office.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
We know you're excited to receive your gear! Our delivery windows in the United States depend on the item type and availability:
- Swords & Most Items: Most items typically arrive within 5–15 business days after processing.
- Specialty & High-Demand Items: Due to the specialized nature of certain anime collectibles (including limited runs, imported figures, or hand-crafted apparel), shipping may take between 2–4 weeks.

How to track my order?
You can track your package directly through our Tracking page (link: https://zenithanime.com/apps/17TRACK). Please allow 48–72 hoursfor the tracking information to update once the label has been created.
What is the return policy?
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from the product description (e.g., wrong size sent, wrong character), Zenith Anime will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind / Standard Returns: For all other returns (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size by mistake, or the "vibe" wasn't what you expected), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Are any purchases final sale?
To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:
- Apparel & Gear: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Figures & Collectibles: Must be returned with all original packaging and inserts. We cannot accept returns on figures that have been damaged by the owner or displayed in a way that has caused wear.
- Blind Boxes: Must be factory-sealed. Once a blind box is opened, it is considered a final sale.
What is the final date for a valid return?
You have 30 daysfrom the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. Items must be sent back to us within this window to be eligible for a refund.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
