  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from the product description (e.g., wrong size sent, wrong character), Zenith Anime will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind / Standard Returns: For all other returns (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size by mistake, or the "vibe" wasn't what you expected), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Are any purchases final sale?

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:
